We are a registered company approved by Directorate General of Shipping, holding Recruitment and Place-ment Service License (RPSL) No - MUM - 162036 certified by Seamen Employment Office, Mumbai. The company policy strictly believes that we must have the financial capability and sufficient human resources prior to taking part in providing good services support to our overseas principals.

Rarity Maritime Services is managed by professional staff with past management experiences from Multinational Corporation, and with the principals support and working as a team, we have achieved many successful results.

Working with reputed ship owners in recruiting and supplying manpower for their main fleet & offshore fleet, we have the overseas understanding, know-how and experience to fulfill job requirements across a spec-trum of fields and levels of expertise.

We realized that the quality of crew plays an important role in the management of a vessel. Thus, in this occa-sion, we are offering a new form of crew management services to manage and maintain all of crew return to work for the next contract, besides doing recruitment of new crew.

Our Mission

Maximum percentage of complaint received from the customer for Crew’s incompetency and English ability is 5%.

Maximum percentage of complaint received for services given by the company is 5%.

Maximum percentage of failure in pre-departure/traveling arrangement is 0%, exception applied for uncontrollable & unpredictable factors, such as natural disaster, technical troubles with airlines, etc.

Maximum percentage of crew requirement that is unable to fulfill by the company is 10%.
